  • These terms govern the use of the services offered by Bright, including access to a remote subscription-based computer. By using the services, the user agrees to these terms and the associated policies. If you do not agree, you should not use the site or the services.<\/li><\/ul>
    • Bright provides access to a remote computer, where users can install software, store data, and connect compatible peripherals. The default operating system is Windows 10 Home, unless otherwise specified in the subscription plan. Users access the service through compatible devices (such as PCs, tablets, smartphones, etc.) and require an internet connection. Service quality depends on the stability and speed of the user\u2019s connection.<\/li><\/ul>
      • The subscription period begins when the remote computer is activated and lasts for the duration selected by the user.<\/li><\/ul>
        • The subscription fee will be charged at the time of purchase. Any changes in prices will be notified in advance, and the user must agree to the new terms to continue using the service. In case of non-payment, Bright may suspend or cancel access to the service.<\/li><\/ul>
          • Bright does not guarantee that software for all third-party operating systems will be available throughout the subscription period. Bright is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the user\u2019s internet connection failures.<\/li><\/ul>
            • The user is responsible for regularly backing up their data. If the subscription is canceled, all data will be permanently deleted.<\/li><\/ul>
              • Bright grants the user a personal, limited, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the software required to access the services. This license is valid for the duration of the subscription and will be automatically terminated at its end.<\/li><\/ul>
                • To use the service, the user must have a high-quality internet connection, and the cost of this connection is the user\u2019s responsibility. Service quality depends on the user\u2019s connection, and Bright is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet issues.<\/li><\/ul>
                  • Any dispute related to the services will be resolved through binding arbitration under applicable law. The user may opt out of arbitration by submitting an opt-out form within 30 days of the initial subscription.<\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    REFUND POLICY<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                    • The user acknowledges that Bright provides a digital cloud gaming and cloud computing service, with immediate access and continuous consumption of computing resources from the moment of activation. Therefore, the user may only request a refund within 48 (forty-eight) hours after purchasing any plan, whether weekly or monthly. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund, except where mandatory legal provisions state otherwise.<\/li><\/ul>
                      • By subscribing to the service, the user expressly agrees that the service is considered started and partially consumed immediately after payment confirmation, as resources such as CPU, GPU, storage, and bandwidth are allocated exclusively for their use, making a full refund unfeasible after an extended period of use.<\/li><\/ul>
                        • If the user is eligible for a refund, Bright will refund the amount using the original payment method whenever possible. If the payment method is no longer available or valid, the user must inform Bright before the refund is processed.<\/li><\/ul>
                          • After cancellation or the end of the subscription, the user immediately loses access to the service, and all stored data is permanently deleted, making recovery impossible. Refunds will not be issued after cancellation, except as required by law or in cases explicitly stated during the subscription process.

                          • If the user has already requested and received a refund in the last 30 (thirty) days, they will not be eligible for any further refunds, regardless of the plan purchased.

                          • Bright issues refunds only in cases of proven service defects. Refund requests related to \u201crandom disconnections,\u201d \u201cwaiting queues,\u201d performance variations, or limitations inherent to the subscribed plan will not be accepted, as these conditions are clearly disclosed and accepted by the user at the time of subscription.

                          • Bright\u2019s remote computer can be connected to standard peripherals, such as printers and joysticks, provided the operating system\u2019s terms of use are respected. The user is fully responsible for verifying the compatibility of their peripherals with the service and the third-party devices used to access it. Bright continuously develops improvements to enhance compatibility but does not guarantee the functionality of all existing peripherals, nor does it provide a guarantee of compatibility with specific devices. Peripheral performance may be affected by the user\u2019s internet connection, including insufficient bandwidth. Incompatibility with peripherals does not grant the right to cancel the subscription or request a refund.

                          • In the event of subscription termination by Bright due to a violation of the Code of Conduct, misuse of the service, or non-payment, all data stored on the primary drive and any additional drives (when applicable) will be immediately deleted, with no possibility of recovery. The user acknowledges that such termination will result in the irreversible loss of all their data.

                          • If the user subscribes to the service again after the previous subscription has ended, it will not be possible to restore any previous data, and a completely new machine will be provided. The user also acknowledges that previously contracted options or features cannot be reactivated if they are no longer available on the market at the time of the new subscription.

                          • By completing the subscription, the user declares that they have read, understood, and fully agree with all the conditions above, acknowledging that this is a digital service with immediate use and specific cancellation and refund rules.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

                                    3. Data provided by third parties, such as logistics partners.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>
                                      • Bright may collect the following types of data:
                                        • Personal details and identification data (name, date of birth, address, phone number, email).<\/li>
                                        • Personal life data (country of residence, habits, and preferences).<\/li>
                                        • Economic and financial data (payment information and subscription status).<\/li>
                                        • Connection data (usernames, logs, IP address).<\/li>
                                        • Internet browsing data related to the use of Bright\u2019s websites.<\/li>
                                        • Data on the use of Bright Services (settings and installed programs).<\/li>
                                        • Communication data (messages to Support or social media).<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                                          • Personal Data is processed for the purpose of:
                                            • Operating, providing, and improving Bright Services, including managing subscriptions, technical support, notifications, and responding to requests.<\/li>
                                            • Improving service quality and optimizing server usage.<\/li>
                                            • Communications and marketing, such as sending newsletters, promotions, and satisfaction surveys.<\/li>
                                            • Ensuring compliance with the Terms of Use and applicable laws, and maintaining system security.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
                                              • Personal Data is stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes mentioned, ranging from 1 to 10 years, depending on the type of data and the legal basis for processing.<\/li><\/ul>
                                                • Users can access their Bright accounts through third-party services such as Google, Apple, Microsoft, or Discord. These services share only the data necessary for authentication, and Bright does not have access to the account data of these providers. For more information, please refer to the privacy policies of these services.<\/li><\/ul>
                                                  • Using Bright\u2019s websites involves the use of cookies and other tracking technologies.<\/li><\/ul>
                                                    • Users have the right to access, correct, restrict processing, request portability, delete their personal data, and object to processing for marketing purposes.                                                       • Exercising any right must be accompanied by a copy of a signed identification document.
